Lenders typically require a personal Financial Statement and supporting documents to approve your short sale. They may also have their own Paperwork required which our advocate or Title Partner can help with it.
Our Short Sale Title Company partner will organize and gather all the required Documents to be submitted to Bank. They will then handle all the follow up, making sure your lender has everything they need to review your Short Sale request, determining final eligibility and acceptable net.
Short Sale Realtor/Broker Partner will work to Prepare, List and Sell Property. Condition does not matter, Banks review property in as is Condition to determine value. Your Lender will also verify through the properties condition through its own channels via 3rd Party appraisal or BPO.
The Title Company will continue to manage the Short Sale Process with the bank. They will keep them up to date with all necessary documents, and status of property sale.
